Kellyn Van Laere
Owner & Therapist
My training started at the Massage Therapy Institute of CO where I graduated in 2009. I then decided to advance my training and education and received my Associate's Degree from the Colorado School of the Healing Arts in 2011. This is currently the highest level of Certification for Massage Therapists in Colorado. Here I completed specific certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Therapy, and Reflexology.
I established 7th Element Therapeutics in 2016 after spending over 7 years working in the industry.
Since graduating massage school, I have been helping people of all different walks of life take back their lives from pain, injuries and daily stress. I enjoy incorporating all of my training and education to offer a more abundant box of tools to help fix what may be ailing you.
In my time outside the office, I love to get out and enjoy our beautiful state, from hiking up a mountain to skiing down one! You may also find me curled up with my dogs reading or watching movies, or out adventuring a new section of the world with my husband and kiddo!

Hello! My name is Terri and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado. I graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts with training in Swedish, sports and neuromuscular massage techniques.
Comfort Touch and myofascial restoration are my passion, and I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge.
When I am not practicing bodywork, you will find me paddleboarding or at a music festival with my husband and doggo, Cash.
I am excited to partner with you in living your best, relaxed and pain-free life!
Lizzy Newton

My name is Lizzy and I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts as a licensed massage therapist. I discovered massage after suffering a lower back injury in college, and it opened me up to a whole new world of pain relief. Massage quickly became a passion of mine, and I moved out to Colorado to pursue it.
I use a combination of deep tissue Swedish, sports, and neuromuscular techniques to tune into your body with you in order to rehabilitate and retrain your muscles. By working together, we can alleviate some pain and tension that can weigh you down. I strive to create a space where rehabilitation and relaxation can coexist and synchronize.
Outside of bodywork, I love to go antiquing, adventuring, and taking walks with our cats (yes, cats!).
